You don’t have to hurry.
I’ll slow you down anyway.

Something in you works almost too well.
That’s why you keep adding more.
Speed. Performance. Control.
Until the whole system starts to break.
And here’s the thing.
There’s a strange kind of relief in that.
This isn’t about adding even more.
Quite the opposite.
But leave that to me.
I’ll slow you down enough to see your story from a different angle.
And maybe, for the first time in a long while, hear your own thoughts again.
Because some stories are better understood in motion.
What you do with that… well, that’s a whole new story.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a therapy / group sharing?
No. Although sometimes it can feel like that if that’s what the group needs. But I’m not a therapist. I’m a storyteller who brings you into the woods to give you space to work on your own story. The therapy part? That’s on you.
What do we actually do during the expedition?
We talk some, we walk some more. There are a few fixed points and exercises that shape what happens next. The rest unfolds as we go.
But it wouldn’t be nearly as much fun if I told you everything beforehand, now would it?
How difficult is the walk? Do I need to be fit?
No. In fact, the slower you are, the better. I can’t guarantee you won’t get fitter if you keep coming, but we can always pick a tougher trail to fix that.
All jokes aside, it really doesn’t matter. I’ll adjust the route.
Just tell me beforehand. Don’t play an invincible hero. It won’t serve anyone.
What if the weather is bad?
There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing. Rain or heat is fine. We adjust.
The only real problem in the woods is when conditions become unsafe, like strong wind. In that case, we cancel and your payment becomes a credit for another expedition.
What can I expect to take away from this?
Honestly, this one is difficult to answer. Expectations won’t help you much here.
All I can say for sure is that you’ll get at least a nice walk and a calmer mind out of it. And a perfect start to your week.
The rest depends on your curiosity and how willing you are to fully immerse in the experience.
Why is this only for women?
Are you a man? Let me ask you something. Have you ever been afraid to walk in the woods alone? No? Then there’s your answer.
This expedition is designed for overwhelmed, high-functioning women who need a different kind of space.
I might create something for other groups later. For now, this is it.
What should I bring?
Dress for the woods. Sturdy shoes help. It might get muddy.
Otherwise just bring water. Maybe a snack if you haven’t eaten breakfast (I see you). And if you’re a writing type like me, a small notebook and a pen. People tend to get surprisingly good ideas in the woods.
Chocolate recommended, not required.
What about refunds?
Because expeditions happen in very small groups, reservations are binding and payments are generally non-refundable. I need to know you genuinely want to be there — and that you won’t let the first crisis, raincloud, or difficult morning talk you out of it.
Of course, life occasionally falls apart in more creative ways. If something serious happens (like an illness or injury), reach out and we’ll figure something out together.
And if I ever need to cancel an expedition due to unsafe conditions, your payment will automatically become credit for a future date.
Are expeditions held in English?
Most expeditions currently happen in Slovak. However, if there’s enough interest, I’m happy to open a separate English-speaking group as well.
It just might happen on a different day and time than the regular Monday morning expeditions.
